How do you use my information?
The information we receive allows us to tailor our Web site and improve
your shopping experience, making it easier and more enjoyable. The
information you volunteer enables us to process your purchases, confirm
your orders, customize the content and layout of our pages, notify you
about updates to our sites and products, and provide you with marketing
information.
The information you supply to us is added to our customer database. You
may receive periodic mailings or telephone calls from us about new
products and services, discounts, special promotions or upcoming events.

EOS Terms and Conditions
This Web site is owned and operated by
 ("EOS"). The use
of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth
below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your
acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order
indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of
any purchase order to EOS indicates acceptance of these terms and
conditions. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent
terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such
terms or conditions are signed by EOS. EOS reserves the right to make
changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Typographical Errors. In the event a product is listed at an
incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or
error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, EOS
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product
listed at the incorrect price. EOS shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit
card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is canceled, EOS shall immediately issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy. Your receipt of an electronic or
other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your
order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. EOS
reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or
decline your order for any reason. EOS reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the
quantity you ordered of any item.
Return Policy. EOS has made customer satisfaction a top
priority. Returns are accepted under certain conditions:
- RMA Number. A valid Return Merchandise Authorization, "RMA", number must
accompany returns. This number must be placed on the outside and inside of
your returned product package for adequate identification. Please be aware
that product returned without a valid RMA number will be refused. An issued
RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. If goods are
not received within 30 days, the RMA will be canceled.
- Packaging and Condition. Goods must be returned in the original
packaging with the manufacturers packaging materials and manuals in as-new
condition. A copy of the original invoice, with the description of the
problem must accompany all returns.
- Changed Mind, Factory Sealed. If Customer changes his or her mind and
the manufacturer's box is unopened and factory sealed, Customer may return
goods for a refund or exchange credit within 14 days of product's shipping
date. Shipping and restocking charges apply.
- Changed Mind, Not Factory Sealed. If Customer changes his or her mind
and the manufacturer's box is opened or not factory sealed, Customer may
return goods for exchange credit within 30 days of product's shipping date.
EOS cannot provide refunds for opened non-defective products. Shipping and
restocking charges apply.
- Defective Product. If product is defective, Customer may return goods
for replacement within 30 days of product's shipping date.
- Return Term Definitions. "Defective" means an item is non-functioning,
incompatible, or doesn't function as described or advised by the manufacturer.
"Factory Sealed" means an item is in 100% resalable condition, with all
manufacturer's seals intact.
- Shipping and Restocking Charges. Shipping costs are not included in
refunds or exchange credits. If a product was originally shipped to Customer
free of charge, a 20% shipping charge will be deducted from the refund or
exchange credit amount. A 20% restocking charge will be deducted from a
refund or exchange credit amount on non-defective products.
Cancellation Policy. If Customer requests a cancellation after
the product's ship date and time, the cancellation request will not be
accepted. If Customer requests a cancellation after the product's ship date
and time and refuses the package, the case will fall under the Return Policy
and shipping and restocking charges will apply on non-defective products.
Damaged Goods Policy. EOS is not responsible for damages
incurred in transit. It is Customer's responsibility to inspect shipment,
and to note any obvious damage with the driver. In the event of damaged
goods, Customer should immediately contact the freight carrier to place a
damage claim.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold. All
of EOSs products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of
the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, EOS makes no representations
or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products
sold on the EOS sites. Except as expressly stated herein, EOS expressly
disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to
products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum
liability to EOS arising from any product sold on the EOS sites shall be the
price of the product ordered. In no event shall EOS, its directors, officers,
employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect,
consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

The EOS web sites and the materials therein are provided as is. EOS makes no
representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with
respect to the EOS sites, their operations, contents, information or materials.
EOS expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with
respect to the sites or their use, including but not limited to merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that EOS Inc., its directors,
officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages
arising from the operation, content or use of the EOS sites. You agree that
this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of
any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special,
incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their
