Favors are an important part of manay wedding celebrations. Wedding favors are gifts that your guests will be able to take home with them from the wedding event and will allow them to remember your festive day with happiness and good cheer. Many people have wedding favors and use either some form of candy, a gift box, or a tasteful favor like candles (our personal favorite). For additional inforamtion on the Hansle collection and boxed candle favors, scented candle favors, or other favors, you may want to go to the front of the site. This article prepared by our staff will provide you with several tips for displaying the favors and distributing them to your guests.

One of the most common ways to display favors is to have these favors on the wedding tables at the reception. Under this option, one wedding favor will be placed on the table in front of each guest. Some people choose to place the favor above the plate, other people put the favor near the centerpiece. Another option is to place the wedding favors in a batch on the table near the centerpiece and let guests take their choice of the favors. Either way, the general rule is to place the wedding favors on the table in a manner consistent with the look and feel of your decor and table settings.

A second wedding favor display option is to have one person or the waiters for the reception hand out the favors at a certain time in the dinner or reception. This time can be near the beginning, but most people choose to hand them out closer to the end so the guests will have them when they are ready to leave. If you plan to have staff hand out the favors make sure that you give them detailed instructions on how many to hand out ot each guest and when to hand them out. Also let them know what to do if several guests ask for two.

The next way to hand out favors to guests is to have the favors displayed on a table near the exit. This way the guests will be sure to take the favors when they leave. The only problem with this option is if you think that some guests will take too many although this doesn't occur often at weddings. If you are at a hotel or something, then you need to make sure that the favor only go to your guests. You may want to have someone near the table to hand it to your guests as they walk by.

Whatever option you choose, your guests will grateful that they have received favors. Either way you and your guests will be happy.
